CB Rewards
Rewards Terms
Effective September 15, 2026
Membership
CB Rewards is a free loyalty program offered by GO Coffee LLC, doing business as Caffeine Bar. Members must be at least 13 years old and maintain an eligible customer account.
Earning CB Points
Members earn CB Points according to the current earning rules displayed by Caffeine Bar. Certain purchases, products, fees, taxes, discounts, or transactions may be excluded depending on the active rewards program rules.
Rewards
Available rewards, point requirements, eligible products, and redemption limits are based on the current CB Rewards program displayed by Caffeine Bar. Rewards may have restrictions and may not cover amounts beyond their stated value.
No cash value
CB Points and rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable except where Caffeine Bar expressly permits it.
Returns and adjustments
Points and rewards may be adjusted when an order is refunded, cancelled, reversed, corrected, or determined to have been credited in error.
Fraud and misuse
We may suspend or close an account, cancel rewards, or correct points when we reasonably determine that an account has been used fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of these terms.
Program changes
Caffeine Bar may update the way points are earned, the number of points required for rewards, reward values, eligible products, program features, or other CB Rewards rules. Current program information will be made available through Caffeine Bar.
Marketing is optional
Receiving promotional email or promotional text messages is not required to participate in CB Rewards.

Your use of the website and customer account is also subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
