About these terms
These Terms of Use apply to the Caffeine Bar website, online ordering experience, customer accounts, and related services operated by GO Coffee LLC, doing business as Caffeine Bar.
Account eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create a Caffeine Bar account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining control of the phone number used to access your account.
Online orders
Menu items, prices, availability, ingredients, preparation options, and pickup times may change. Submitting an order does not guarantee that every requested item will remain available. If an item cannot be fulfilled, Caffeine Bar may contact you, offer a substitution, cancel the affected item, or issue an appropriate refund.
CB Rewards
Participation in CB Rewards is also governed by the CB Rewards Terms.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, abuse promotions or rewards, create fraudulent accounts, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
Caffeine Bar branding, website content, graphics, photographs, designs, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to GO Coffee LLC unless otherwise stated.
Service availability
We may update, suspend, change, or discontinue portions of the website or online ordering service from time to time, including for maintenance, security, operational, or business reasons.

We may update these terms as our services change. The effective date displayed on this page will be updated when material changes are published.
